The options listed below come standard with this barreled upper. The drop down options listed above allow you to customize your build. You can leave them as is, change one option or change them all! We let you build your upper the way you want it built!

1. Upper Receiver - 7075 T6 Aluminum A4. Precision Machined to Mil-Spec Tolerances. Black Hardcoat Anodized Mil-Std-171 Type III. M4 Ramps, Forward Assist, Ejection Door.

2. Barrel - 11.5" 5.56 / .223 Barrel. Click on the drop down above to choose from our selection.

3. Handguard - MAS Defense "RIDGELINE" 12.62" Slimline M-LOK Free Floating Handguard - (ID 1.25")

4. Gas Block - .750 Low Profile Steel Melonite Nitride Treated Gas Block

This is the upper receiver that I purchased from MAS DEFENSE and I love what I got. Once more of the upper receivers come back in stock I will definitely be purchasing a third one for my AR-15 rifle. They have a great selection and great choices for upgrades. Great response time for receiving my receiver, which I was happy about. Great customer service kept me updated with any changes which is one thing I look for in a company.

So I went with an 11.5 with a 12.62 handguard and a flashcan.. First thing I did was put 200 rounds through it. Upper functioned flawlessly and looks great doing it. It was surprisingly lightweight and I'm excited to put it through it's pace.

Haven’t shot it yet but looks just as pictured/described. Great value for the money. It was hard to find a reasonably priced upper anywhere and you all shipped super quick. Definitely happy!

So I decided I wanted to build an ar pistol and I located the lower I wanted but I was considering multiple options for the upper receiver.  Buddy of mine told me about masdefense so I checked them out.  I love the fit and finish of this receiver.  No flaws on the product, good quality barrel and I love the style of the handrail.  Matched this with a nickel boron bolt and an ambidextrous charging handle.   I’ll be back for my next build.
