Forced to purchase January 10, 2023 : John Martin from Dayton, NV United States   MAS defense didnt tell me that their 18 inch barreled upper wouldnt function correctly if you didnt use a semi profile BCG. Hard to find elsewhere because nobody else uses them. BCG works like it should but still didnt correct BCG cycling problem with the MAS defense barreled upper. The support department was useless/ didnt help correct in any way. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAS Defense Reply:  John, Your barreled upper using a Ballistic Advantage barrel was assembled using our 50 point checklist, head spaced and test fired to ensure 100% function before we sent it to you. We received your email advising of the problem and discussed several trouble shooting methods via email. We sent you an RMA label on 12/6 to get the upper back. You sent us an email on 12/21 stating you drilled out the gas port on the barrel and would not be returning it. We build thousands of uppers every year and provide our opinion on what the best parts to in combination with the upper would be. The upper should function with both a Semi and Auto profile BCG. Enlarging the gas port to flow more gas would fix the issue but should not have been necessary. Thank you for your business and your feedback! Was this review helpful to you?

BCG Works flawlessly December 8, 2022 :   Had a previous BCG that was faulty and wasn't ejecting from another manufacturer and needed something more reliable. I couldn't have picked a better one if I tried. Shipping was fast and it works perfectly. Amazing product. Was this review helpful to you?
