This fake suppressor screws onto your barrel extending it by 6 inches. The additional weight helps to reduce muzzle rise on your rifle allowing for more precise follow up shots. The entire part is one solid piece. It can not be disassembled.

... had to make some modifications to extend it further, but that was a personal issue(didnt make my barrel long enough) , not a manufacturer issue.
