DESCRIPTION

MAS DEFENSE 15" SQUADRON LIGHTWEIGHT QUAD RAIL - FDE

Proudly Made In The USA. Our "SQUADRON" quad rail with lightweight cuts make it feel as it it's floating on air. It is machined from 6061 aluminum and cerakoted Magpul FDE.
The rail itself weighs in at 14oz. Add the barrel nut and attaching screws for a total of 17oz. The top rail sits directly against the upper receiver rail while anti-rotations tabs at the sides assist to prevent any movement. The inner diameter is 1.8" which will allow most suppressors to fit inside the handguard. Quick Detach Mounts are built into the handguard at the front and rear positions.

***Please confirm fitment if you are using anything other than a Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receiver. The anti-rotatoin tabs may not fit around custom or billet uppers.

Installation should be complete by a gunsmith. The barrel nut accepts a standard AR-15 armorers wrench and must be torqued to a minimum of 38 FOOT LBS. The (8) handguard screws should be torqued evenly to 35 INCH LBS with blue removable loctite applied.
