I ordered an item I was not fully educated on, initially I was upset with what I received. I messaged them a not so nice message and they promptly replied with an explanation. I was wrong and they explained in detail about my order and I realized I received exactly what I ordered, yep a rookie mistake. They offered to take my order back even though they did nothing wrong, but I kept the parts and finished them and am very happy with the customer service. So I say thank you for taking the time to educate a rookie.
