Great Optic, Mounting Screws Bind P80 Extractor |

Purchased this for a PF940C build with a Live Free Armory G19 Combat Slide. Gun functioned flawlessly prior to optic installation but suffered extraction failures after optic mounting. Screws supplied by Holosun are either too short or too long for optic mounting. The short screws don't provide adequate thread depth for purchase/ stability, the longer screws contact the extractor depressor plunger and interfere with it's motion. I had to trim down the screws provided. Holosun needs to get a clue about this. This would be a 5-star optic if the screw snafu weren't a problem, but when installation stops your gun from running the optic loses 2-stars.

MAS Defense Reply: Robert, I apologize for the issue. These optics have been around for quite some time. We have sold a bunch and have never had this issue reported. We will send your comments to Holosun for their review. I would suggest measuring the LFA slide and compare it to other well know brand name slides to see if their tolerances may not be the same as others.
