I can't say anything about the function of the BCG yet as I have not test fired the weapon yet. But, as to dealing with the company it has been great so far. The item was priced competitively, my order was processed and shipped in a timely manner, plus the tracking information was included.  Upon arrival the item was packaged well and looked like the pictures on the website.
