MAS DEFENSE 9.87" SQUADRON LIGHTWEIGHT QUAD RAIL - BLACK

Proudly Made In The USA. Our "SQUADRON" quad rail with lightweight cuts make it feel as it it's floating on air. It is machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized with a Type III Class 2 Hardcoat. The rail itself weighs in at 11oz. Add the barrel nut and attaching screws for a total of 13oz. The top rail sits directly against the upper receiver rail while anti-rotations tabs at the sides assist to prevent any movement. The inner diameter is 1.8" which will allow most suppressors to fit inside the handguard. Quick Detach Mounts are built into the handguard at the front and rear positions.

***Please confirm fitment if you are using anything other than a Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receiver. The anti-rotatoin tabs may not fit around custom or billet uppers.

Installation should be complete by a gunsmith. The barrel nut accepts a standard AR-15 armorers wrench and must be torqued to a minimum of 38 FOOT LBS. The (8) handguard screws should be torqued evenly to 35 INCH LBS with blue removable loctite applied.

This particular rail is compatible with the clamp on version of the Superlative Arms PIston Conversion kit.

This is a very sturdy, well made rail. Lightweight and easy to install. The gas tube slots in barrel nut makes it very easy to visually align with the hole in the receiver. Fits well over my YHM suppressor.

Bought my second Squadron Quad Rail because I liked the first one that I have.  It is very well built and looks great.  I am currently looking into getting a third one for a new AR I just purchased.

The Squadron quad rail handguard is so lightweight and feels great in the hand.  Fits great as well.  Don't hesitate to go for this handguard!!!
