The Good Stuff ! April 13, 2017 : Ron A   I bought this set up in 223 wylde for my Fiance and let me tell you that with on ARE experience whatsoever , once sighting in @ 25 yards she shot the center out of the target leaving me impressed enough to order this same one in 300 blackout ! Between the great informative conversations I've had with the guys @ MAS , the quality of the build and the surprisingly great accuracy of this upper I'm very pleased . MAS will continue to get my business as they have done nothing bet exceed my expectations . 300 Blackout Upper December 27, 2015 : Dennis B   Just bought this 16" Menolite barreled upper with a YHM TJ series handgrip. I also got the Nickel Boron BCG and tactical charging handle to go with it. The quality and fit are excellent and is itaccurate. The action started out smooth and proceeded to just get slicker. It fed 110 TACs and 220 subs flawlessly. Excellent quality and selections, reasonable prices and quick turn around. Yes I will recommend Mas Defense to anyone. You Guys are awesome! Fit and finish are A+ buy with confidence! July 11, 2014 : Chris A   This 16" complete upper is my first 300 aac blackout. MasDefense offers excellent value and quality for the dollar you spend. My initial impression on opening the package was that they pack theupper extremely well to prevent damage. The finish and quality is on par with other premium brands, and the TJ series hand guards are lightweight and have a good feel in the hand. I opted for the melonite upgrade on the barrel after reading excellent reviews about the treatment. Accuracy on this upper firing 115 grain Barnes VorTx bullets at 100 and 200 yards is very good. The upper fires the 220 grain subsonic rounds just as well as the supersonic stuff. I was happy enough with this upper I turned around less than a month later and ordered another in 8.5" to build an AR pistol. Was this review helpful to you?

Top notch quality May 27, 2014 : Chris A   I was looking fr a reasonable priced complete upper to get into the 300blk platform. MAS Defense delivered the goods. I'm very impressed with the quality of the upper receiver. Accuracy is excellent and function is 100%. So far the upper cycles all the 110 grain and 220 subsonic I throw at it. I highly recommend.
