Very solid barrel. Locks up well into the upper receiver, gas block journal machined correctly requiring no shims for proper fit on the gas block (also from MAS), and the extension is properly installed. Groups well with M855, I'd need to put some proper glass on it to say exactly how well, but I've had no issues on an 8 inch target at 200 with a red dot. Gassed to still run reliable in sub-zero, even with TULA (YMMV depending on buffer weight and bolt carrier). The only thing I would add is dimpling on the underside of the gas block journal, but that's more of a convenience for assembling the upper, not something that's a NEED. TL:DR, you could spend a lot more for a combat/tactical barrel and come up with a worse barrel.
