First and last purchase from Mas defense August 28, 2023 : Bang Tango from Nunya   Shipping was 2 days later than projected and there was no communication. Once it did arrive I was astonished at how poorly it was packaged. There was no padding whatsoever. It's only a result of the careful handling by USPS that my product wasn't destroyed. The pros to Mas defense is product availability and pricing, but it falls apart beyond that. All cerakoted frames are placed in a foam insert then placed in the P80 retail box. It is then placed in an envelope or shipping box. Customer service will be reaching out to see exactly how it was shipped. I'm glad it reached you intact. Looks like you placed your order on Friday, 8/11 and we shipped it on Monday 8/14.
